If you like powerlifting this is the place to be!! They have all the equipment that a lifter could want. The owner Dave is a stand up guy with a ton of knowledge. Also how many coaches do you know that are also amazing lifters and have a PhD?
Great place to train powerlifting. Dave is educated, knowledgeable, and passionate about training. Highly recommend.
