I love this gym so much. The staff is always so friendly and sweet and remembers me when I come in. I love all of the people that work here. Definitely the best club fitness I’ve ever been to.
I love that they have a separate area for women to workout if they choose to. I also like the pulse room with the virtual workout people. Then to top it off the cardio theater. I would definitely update the movie selections but other then that, it's a great location. I love it and always SUPER clean.
First of all the staff is always welcoming and willing to help. Absolutely amazed at all the options at CF-Maplewood. So glad to be part of the CF community...keep up the great work
Love coming here. The atmosphere is welcoming and the staff is too. Plenty racks and equipment for everyone. My favorite is the cardio theater. I wish there was more open floor room or maybe more area for shorts sprints or pushing weights or tire flipping. That'd be awesome.
I enjoyed this gym and was eager to go back with the reopening over the summer, but haven’t been in a while because no one is required to wear masks. There is no reason why there should be 20+ people standing around the free weights with no mask in the middle of a pandemic. I would like to work out but the irresponsibility makes me very uneasy. I also worked out a hand full of times after the reopen while wearing a mask the entire time so don’t act like it can’t be done.
