It is hard to leave a review when I got notified about an error on my payment, then I call the office 3 times with no answer
I wouldn't have given it one star but have to to leave a rating. First of all, you have to have a password to get through the gate which at first makes you think cool! My stuff will be safe. It's cool until it's next to impossible to get ahold of anyone to get that password each month, which in turn means you can not access your things. Second, you can pay your bill in the office or drop it in the slot. Not convenient people who work during business hours. And lastly, because they make it next to impossible to get in to your shed and pay your bill, your things in turn get auctioned off. Or thrown away. And don't expect to be notified of that either. And then once you do find out the two twits in the office give you the run around and blame the other and have you call back when they aren't going to be there. Worst storage facility ever!!!! Wouldn't recommend to someone I despised.
These guys are great! Paying bills is easy if you just use their website and the facility was nice and clean.
Cheap but they should fix up some areas.... other then this i have been with them for about 18 years now... the building need some fixing up just getting older....
