Waited for about 10 minutes at the cologne booth for men no one showed up. Walked around to look for help and couldn't find anyone. Still like Macy's good store. Good products.
Our young salesperson was so helpful and courteous. He helped find everything we needed from the wonderful sales racks in the men's dress area. Excellent experience.
No selection of men's dress shirts.. pathetic selection on men's dress shoes, no one to measure neck and sleeves for dress shirts. The website is ud83dudcaf times better then the store.
Not easy to shop Pandemic style but Macy's still creates a excellent experience. Wonderful to have our store open.
