Old Navy - with Curbside Pickup

While Shayla was stocking shelves today, she kindly went out of her way to let me know instead of leaving the changing room like I did to grab another size, they’d be happy to do that for me. I think she noticed my hands were full with my newborn and was trying to make things easier on me. She also made small talk and even with a mask on seemed warm and inviting. You don’t often see that kind of personable service. Little scenarios like these can easily make someone’s day a little brighter.

Very disheartening to be told by a worker absolutely no plus size is sold in store!! I won't be giving my business to this company ever again. Too bad since I had kids that I shopped here for.

I always find bargains and great sales items when I shop here!

Very unprofessional management/ employees. While in the store, manager and employee were bad mouthing another customer directly in front of all customers. Won’t give them my business in the future.

This store is horrible for boy clothes, I went in today to look for Christmas pajamas they were completely out. Whoever does the ordering for the store needs to be re-trained. The boy selection is horrible. They have a huge girl selection and nothing for boys. If you know that there’s going to be a sale for Christmas pajamas order them! There were tons of women pajamas and men but literally no boys. It’s frustrating when you have a 10-year-old and eight-year-old to dress. They tell you to shop local but I’m ordering everything online. Because nothing is stopped at the store
