Chase (10/25/2020)
One fine Fall morning, I was departing Springfield. I was anxiously awaiting my arrival home to St. Louis. Pedal to the metal, I was weaving in and out of the semi trucks that were hogging both lanes. Amongst the pro-life, steak house, and cavern billboards, something caught my eye. It was too good to be true. Frog Rock?! I had never heard of this obscure landmark before. I thought to myself, it must be another one of those cheesy tourist stops. But something deep down was telling me to visit the frog. I quickly looked up the rock on GPS and found out it would only be a 10 minute detour! I changed my route immediately. As I took the exit, my heart began to race. I wanted to get home, but I also needed to see this frog. I was rounding the bend and there it was. Wow...what an absolute thing of beauty. I have never laid eyes on anything so magnificent. Absolutely marvelous. This thing deserves to be one of the wonders of the world. I sat there for a couple of minutes just taking in the frog's majestic allure before heading back home. For those of you wondering, yes...it's absolutely worth the stop. Thank you, frog rock.

Pretty cool stop if you're into frogs and rocks. On a steep hill, so it's a lil' sketch if it's wet out. Would visit again.

It was cool, but not much too it. Just a rock on a hill. But still really neat.

What a fun distraction just off the interstate.
