I love this place! Leah was friendly and knowledgeable. And the price is great! Units are clean and insect free too and pretty easy to get to.

I can’t say enough good things about Corey & his 44 Waynesville Self Storage outfit. Amanda’s review below is bogus and I fully expect Google to see and delete it. I’ve rented these storage units before from the previous owners and Corey has taken this Self Storage enterprise to the next level. He’s 100% computerized the business and I have everything I need at my fingertips thru my iPhone. Security is very tight and this is first time I’ve used a Self Storage facility and was not worried about thieves in the night. Corey is Retired Air Force and totally understands what it means to serve. He’s got my business.

Corey was really great at helping my husband and I find the perfect size storage which are all decently priced. He was very easy to talk to & very informative about the policies & property! It is set up safe and secure which we love. It is in a convenient area would definitely recommend Waynesville 44 self storage to anyone looking for professional business with affordable prices in a clean area!

I reserved my unit online and the process was quick and simple. They even provide the lock you need. I also love the access hours. I would definitely recommend these units.

Dave was very helpful and really easy to do business with. He took into consideration our trailer and the best site to assign us. The facility had outstanding video surveillance, Very clear video! It’s gated storage, you’ll require a pin to get in and out. While unloading Dave came to check on us. Definitely recommend this storage place! Thank you Dave !!!
