Not a very secure place. Units are good. Not sure about the prices.
Been using this facility for almost 14 years! Great people! Great place!
After 8 months of on time payments I go to my storage unit to get some items, and these idiots have secured my unit for non payment! After contacting them they explain I haven't paid in a month, but after I had to ask them to check their records they all of a sudden they find the payment. Worst off they never once called me nor my husband to let us know they were even gonna lock the unit. Don't waste your time here.
currently I'm at the storage facility now and they have great customer service. I guess they have new employees.
Im a military service member. I came to Missouri on my own during a change of duty station and found Bates Self Storage on google maps upon entering the city.nThe pricing was afforfable and the location was right outside Ft Leonardwood.nBut the real reason im giving this business an excellent rating was the customer service from the manager, Kenny. Not only did he assist me in unloading my 26ft Penske, he helped me find a wrecker to move my vehicle, helped me jump start it as it wasnt working, and pretty much was there to assist at all times.nHe is military friendly, and fair with his storage policy and requirements.nI highly recommend this storage to anyone in the area!nThanks again for everything, Kenny!
