Had the worst service ever from there tonight if I could give them negative stars I would. I ordered pizza at 8:30pm didn’t get here till after 10 very disappointed and think our meal should have been free at this point

We had an order that was supposed to be delivered, the persons phone the order was attached to phone died, I called to change the number and they took my number and told me the driver would call me. The driver never called me and I waited for almost an hour for no one to call or show up. I call the store and the employee I talked to hung up to me while I was explaining the situation to her. I called again and asked to speak to the manager and the manager refunded the order and offered to resend the order to us. At that point it was almost midnight, and I didn’t want to wait another hour for them to show up. This situation was extremely frustrating to experience.

I got 2 pasta dishes the Chicken Carb was good and hot when it arrived but the Italian marinara was not hot only warm!!! But according to the tracker it took from 7:43 to almost 8 before it left the store it was being checked for quality????

If I could give this place no stars I would. Nothing but rude staff and can never get the order right! I will from now on spend my money else where . I've been waiting for over 20 min for someone to deliver a simple 10 wing purchase, and im sure my food will be cold by the time I actually get it . When trying to let the store know my concerns they didn't care or try and solve the problem .
