I want to give more stars, because the workers here are always usually really sweet. However, when you go for over a week and the still have not received a truck to restock on much needed items, something is wrong. They have been out of the pistachio latte and yogurts for over a week now. I know it's more on the company then them, but they should at least be given a date of when they will have said items. Not just saying they don't know.

I’ve literally never had a bad experience at this location. Every staff member is so incredibly kind and eager to talk to you. They made my time at Fort Lost in the Woods enjoyable.

I want to rate this higher BC the staff is incredibly nice. However, they are rarely open in the afternoons. The last 4 times I’ve gone it’s been closed. If you are going to close at 3pm, update Google or close the line. They are losing business left and right. Very disappointing!

You can only give a location so many chances. Posted on the doors clearly are the hours for the location. Even better they posted a piece of paper with the adjusted hours. However if you are showing mobile pick up, carry out, and lobby it would only make sense to have that truly be the case. Even with the crazy COVID-19 times, I have never seen such inconsistency with a business. I have also had the wonderful experience of ordering on the mobile app just to arrive to see that they had elected to close early. Did I get my money back? No, I had to send a customer complaint to the corporate customer service. After waiting a week I finally received a refund. That being said I have always been greeted at the window with a smile when they are actually there. I truly feel bad for the staff that has to work under such a poor business manager. The only good news is that this is starbucks so I'll just drive a mile down the road to a different one.

I have been here a handful of times and I have never been so disappointed in a Starbucks like this one. Drinks are never made correctly and the attitudes of the partners are absolutely mind blowing. I honestly can say I will never go back. I was so so upset this last time I contacted corporate. If I could give no stars i would.
