They sold me a car that needed to be inspected by the state patrol. Of coarse when i let them have it back it failed inspection over a missing air bag. They tried to blame me for this and returned my car without a driver side window. So i now have a car that i cannot get the plates for and have done nothing at all to fix the problem. Not only is this car lot run by crooks with immoral business practices what they have done is illegal. If their mouths are moving it's probably a lie so please do your do your homework on the vehicle before buying because they will take advantage of you without a doubt.
I took my car in for a detail service. Absolutely love the option to take a car as a rental. It cost a little over $325. I took a star down for communication. They had to keep my car an extra day to do another shampoo and make sure it was up to par. Which I appreciate. But I dropped off at 9am and I had to call at 6:15 to ask about my rig. Other than hoping for better communication next time I highly recommend the service. My car hasn’t been this clean since I bought it 3 years ago
Stopped by to check out a vehicle that I had been eyeing on their website. Did not feel pressured at all to purchase. Ended up taking the truck home the next day. When Impact Auto says they will work with you no matter what your situation is, they truly mean it. The staff has treated me like family since day one. Have worked with other used car dealerships and none of them were as great as Impact Auto. I highly recommend them. I will definitely be going back to them in the future.
Didn't end up buying a car, but they were extremely nice. The honesty there is unlike every other dealer in town. Trucks were great, but it just didn't quite work out. Stop here first if your are shopping in Wenatchee valley.
