I brought my truck in for an Oil Change at Apple Valley Honda and everything was very streamlined and easy. I use The service department at Apple Valley Honda for my oil changes on my non-Honda pickup because not only are they the cleanest shop in town, buy the price of the quick lube service is way better then any of the stand alone lube shops in town! Keep up the good work, and I will see you guys again in a few months!

My experience at Honda has always been great! I have been taking my 1996 Honda Accord to their service department for as long as I can remember for oil changes etc. I was the soul owner of my Honda and it was what I had to haul my babies around until they purchased their own vehicles. As my back issues were getting worse I needed a vehicle that I could easily get in and out of. I came upon a used 2016 Honda CR-V at the Honda car lot. Thor and Eli both helped me that day. My son came back with me to talk about ownership options. I ended up purchasing the vehicle and trading in my Accord. I felt the deal was good and left the dealership with the CR-V. I went to show my dad who is a loyal customer to Honda and he is concerned about the tires. He said they should have given me new tires or deducted it from the total cost. My son did mention to Eli about the tires and he reassured us they were good. Now I’m left with feeling unsure about my purchase. I am a single woman on a single income and to think I will have to purchase four new tires is daunting. Eli was very nice and friendly. I appreciated his help with this process. Only regret is the idea of having to purchase new tires.

This was the first time we used the Costco car buying option and it was so easy. We have never had a more relaxed car buying experience. The sales staff were efficient, friendly, and informative. We left with the exact car we wanted. Thank you David.

Oil change, first one since buying car from this dealership. Staff polite when checking me in and out. There was a printed recommendation for some additional service work but no explanation on the paper about how urgent it is and no one verbally explained it either. Dealership appears to be using current Covid 19 precautions. Did they sanitize the car (steering wheel, gear shift-the usual touch points), no idea, they didn't say or leave a note in car. Lastly, I brought in a Costco member coupon for service, presented it at check in and asked when picking up if they used it and was told they had. Nope, they did not. Might just skip dealer servicing there and look for local mechanic. Service Department is the bread and butter for dealerships, they need to do better.

My car buying experience at Apple Valley Honda was the best I’ve ever had—and I’ve bought quite a few cars over the years. The sales associate, Dylan, was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. Unlike the old days, I wasn’t pressured to add on a lot of extras. I’d definitely recommend Apple Valley to anyone looking for a new car.
