Ordered a hot mocha grande several times. Could barely taste the chocolate. This was Leavenworth Starbucks. Will order from them again as Leavenworth doesn't have a lot of Espresso stands. I will address the lack of flavor. Nice workers though.

I don’t understand how people get away with such sad costumer service. I walked in this evening, no one else was there. I stood in front of the register and waited for one of the girls to just acknowledge that I was standing there. I made eye contact with both and neither said anything at all. They continued to avoid me until I asked if they were open. They said yes. Still they continued to do as they were. So I asked if It’d be ok if I ordered. At this point I was a bother... you could sense the tension. (I’m not exaggerating) When receiving my change the girl drops it in my hands. The other makes my drinks, then puts them on the counter as if she was the one that had reason to be disgusted. Ew
Typical Starbucks. Nice but noisy seating area. Located in Fred Meyer store.
