Really good service before covid-19. Last couple times I've gone service has been poor and they have messed up multiple orders of mine which has led to overcharging. I understand that they are known for speed but please take the extra 20 seconds to make sure I'm getting what I paid for.
Variety is the spice of life, but sometimes too much variety is just too much. And can also make for long lines. Still, it's a great alternative to Starbucks if you don't have the time to go to a local shop.
They consistently get my drink wrong at this location. Whether it's the size customization or whatever. Retrain then please!!!
Great coffee and such helpful and friendly staff, both brighten up my day!!!
