Very Responsive, insightful, and has only very high quality vehicles- all factory inspected. Was pleasantly surprised by the dedication- Shawn even went to the extent of meeting me after hours to ensure I had my hard tags on time! Super easy to get in touch, and he stands by his word. Hard to find nowadays. 10/10 recommend, My civic runs like a champion! Cant thank you guys enough

My husband and I purchased a 2010 Honda Civic for our daughter and she loves it. A new battery was installed prior to our purchase and Shawn also agreed to repair the latch for the gas cap door that initially was not functioning properly. The car drives very nicely and is very clean inside. Shawn and Mike were very pleasant and helpful. The car was also competitively priced. Don’t be afraid to give High Rated Auto a try!

Shawn provided excellent customer service during the entire process. He was patient and helpful while we test drove the cars. A large selection, strong customer service, and complete transparency are the main reasons I will refer fellow friends to this dealership. All their cars are fairly priced and since he only works with reliable brands, you know you will be driving home with a trustworthy car.

He gives 100% attention to customers' requests and treats you as if you're the only person he knows. He sees beyond one transaction. I wish all dealers are like this man.
