And all they wanted were two sandwiches..... I feel the need to tell people of the experience my poor elderly parents had at this Chestertown Subway. My parents wanted to use a coupon which they were told they had to make their purchase online to get it. So, They went online and tried to purchase their order (which took them 20 mins to do so, since they are older and not avid tech users) and it would not take their credit card. They called up the shop and they said that’s okay, just come in and we’ll take care of it. When my father went to pick it up they said they could not give him the coupon deal because he did not make the purchase online... which you were all explained why. He explained to them once again that it was not taking his credit card online and therefore he couldn’t pay online and that he did call and he was told they could take care of it in the shop. Now, seriously people , does not anyone have a heart to help a struggling elderly person get a break and help them to get a couple of sandwiches!! Some day you will all get old and need a little help and I hope you remember the attitude you gave my parents and the lack of heart you had! I’m disappointed Subway hires people like yourselves!
