I have now ordered pizza at Procolino's twice. Just the pizza,so I can't speak on their other menu items. The pizza has way too much cheese. The sauce was watery and bland. The edge crust was ok with a nice crisp/chewy bite, but the undercarriage could not take the weight of the heavy cheese and watery sauce. Also the overload of cheese and wet sauce left a uncooked dough under the sauce. Mey be for you, but definitely not my style.

I come to this superb place every couple of days because I like the good air that is part of this restaurant. The personel is awfuly welcoming and well trained. The service is remarkablywonderfully efficient. Not to mention, the food they prepare is magnificent. I have been there many times and I was always joyful. The rate is honest. I highly suggest this restaurant to all my friends.

We're from PA and were on our way back from Centreville on Labor Day passing through Chestertown. Not much was open because of the holiday and it was after 8pm. We saw Procolino's was open. We got 4 slices between the 2 of us. It was amazing! and these were pre-made slices that got heated up. I can't wait to return as we go through Chestertown quite a bit. One of my new favorite places.

By far one of my favorite pizza places ever and I've tried quite a few. I remember my first time here while visiting the town for the first time. Someone had recommended stopping by on my way out of town as it was a favorite of the locals. They did warn me about how filling the slices were but I still ordered way too much. I guess you do not really get a sense for that until you actually eat it. The good thing was that at least I had some to take home for later. The variety of pizza topping combinations that are available on the spot are great, there's always plenty to choose from and the while some are exactly what you would expect for a pizza, there are some The fact that you can select from already made pizza slices and they hear them up in the pizza oven means the service is pretty quick. If you want an entire pizza custom made, that can be ordered too. Really friendly ownership and he relates well to his customers to make them feel welcome. Many of the other staff are on the younger side but very welcoming and will strike up a conversation when you're a regular.
