If you're searching for a honest attorney with knowledgeable mechanics of how the judicial system really works, Rick Piereck is the lawyer that I recommend. He thoroughly understands the judicial processes and practices and is phenomenal. However, what I liked most about him is that he exemplifies a certain level of humbleness. Unlike many attorney's, he doesn't speak to his client in a condescending manner. He actually listens to your point of view and is confident enough to seek your collaboration with him on certain aspects of your case. We won outright or had several false and frivolous charges dismissed because of his ability to comprehend the motives of people. If I ever need another attorney to represent me and/or my family, I'm definitely calling Rick Piereck again.
