Absolutely the best dealership and car buying experience I have ever had! I am Active military and have purchased way too many cars (I have a problem), and without a single doubt I will make sure every single car I purchase from here on will be from Prince Frederick. If you’re smart you’ll ask for Jim in sales. I pride myself in my car knowledge and expertise, so when I am certain of what I want, I appreciate a dealer who is actually determined to find that specific car (in this case dream truck!) for me. I drove over an hour to their dealer (past at least 7 other RAM dealers because I saw a good deal advertised, and it could not have been more true (actually it got better!). True and genuine staff throughout the entire dealership, don’t make the mistake of going anywhere else! You’ll pay more, guaranteed, and enjoy every aspect of it less if you don’t go to PF Chrysler Jeep Dodge RAM. I don’t always write reviews, but when I do, it definitely means I’m a happy customer!
GREAT customer service. Joey was very accommodating and friendly, no high pressure sales techniques. The rest of the staff that we dealt with shared that friendly nature that we experienced with our sales person. I HIGHLY recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a new vehicle. If they gave 10 stars I would give that.
Excellent service, very professional. Great work at a fair price on our 300C. And our 200C too. Tori is the best! And also really appreciate their top notch mechanics who keep my 300C Hemi (with over 225k miles) running as smooth and quiet as the day I rolled off the lot with 7 miles on the odometer.
Keaton is an outstanding sales professional who helped my husband and I with our purchase of a 2021 Jeep Sahara High Altitude. We were able to complete the entire transaction over the phone and through email. Keaton sent pictures and videos of the Jeep through out the process since the vehicle was in transit to the dealership and we added a tow hitch. Keaton even delivered our Jeep to us, which is 2 and 1/2 hours away.nI would highly recommend Keaton and Price Frederick Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram.
