I use to love going to this place as a kid but things have changed. They opened a location in the beach which was close to my house so I was excited about it. I’ve ordered Togo from them multiple times(because it’s convenient and there’s not many options in the beach) and out of 10 times they have gotten my order right maybe twice. Always missing food, not paying attention to substitutions, paying outrageous prices for low quality, staff is always polite but management is rude and the owner (the woman) is always screaming at the staff and being rude to them. I kept trying to make excuses for them saying “oh maybe they are busy” or” maybe they are overwhelmed because of corona”. We just recently just moved to Dunkirk and was excited that we were close to the original mama lucias (anticipating it would be better) but no same problems as the beach location. I really enjoy Mamma Lucia's restaurant. Service is good, friendly staff and delicious food! One of my favorites in Dunkirk!

Food was excellent. Three of the four people in our party loved their food. We were seated immediately, the waitress did a great job and we didn’t wait for anything at all. The activity in the bar area however, was inappropriate. There were explicative outburst and it seemed management did not do anything about it. Recommend the food but not the atmosphere.
