The new location is not great. It's no longer easy to get in and out of, and I don't like having to navigate around the restock truck when it's there, even though it's necessary. Wait times have improved though and most of the orders are now coming out correctly.

My husband loves this location, they know him when he goes in to pickup my treat almost every day of the week! He wants to leave a tip in person, but pretty sure they don't do that now? I told him I could tip on the receipt but he wanted them to know he was happy with their service! ☺

My first time coming here I had an amazing experience. I came with my kids and we had a large order. A young lady I believe her name was Calem helped me and she had the best customer service ever. So kind and helpful and my order was perfect. The establishment was very clean and everyone was following CoVid safety protocol from what I can see. I live over 20 min away and I choose to come to this one instead of one closer to me or on my route to my destinations for the day. Everyone there had smiles and are eager to help. Definitely a nice place to stop, I had to write this review.

I've been to a lot of Starbucks come on I mean a lot. Probably over 100 locations. This one is one of the better managed locations. It's easy to see and access in my opinion.

The last 5 times I’ve ordered from this store they got it wrong. Simply put I ask for no whipped topping add Carmel drizzle (which I pay for and tip as well) every single time they don’t read the directions on the ticket and I get whipped topping and no caramel drizzle. When I tell them it is not right things go bad. I get attitude, this last time the associate wouldn’t even talk to me, she shoved it out the window and never said a word. Not An apology, not a thank you, not even a your welcome when I thanked her. I’ve never had an experience at any other starbucks like this. And I’m not saying they have never gotten it wrong. I tried calling the manager to handle this 3 visits ago and I called for 2 hours straight and nobody would answer the telephone. I should of stopped going to this location a long time ago, but I didn’t realize it was no longer concerned about customer service, I really thought it was just a small mistake, but 5 times in a row the same mistake on my order, and I complained when it wasn’t right..... looks fishy.
