I tried calling in an order but for over an hour no one would answer the phone so I just assumed they were to busy. I then downloaded the app and ordered a curbside order. I arrive 15 minutes later to get my food and after 20 minutes of waiting no one brought my food out to me. I call the store and no one is answering the phone, again, for another 20 minutes. By this point I was angry cause I can see they are not busy and the woman is just goofing off through the window. Had I brought shoes and a mask I would’ve walked in and talked to a manager but I didn’t bring those things specifically because I wanted curbside. Then FINALLY after all that time a rude old lady brings my food to me and tried to say she didn’t come out cause I didn’t leave my car info. Which I know is a lie. And I know she was waiting for me to get angry cause I didn’t even say anything first. She didn’t say hello or sorry for the wait or anything. Just excuses. And to top it all off, she wasn’t wearing a mask either. It’s sad. And no one with that type of attitude or lack of service should be in this industry. If I could take back my tip I would. Sad, and I will not be returning.

The employees are courteous and friendly. I can't remember the young man's name that waited on me, but he was really nice and helpful. Great job guy. ud83dudc4dud83cudffb I highly recommend this Pizza Hut !!!!!!!

Everything was great, best service in a while. Thought the people here did an excellent job. keep up the good work!

Ordered online. One hour later called, said order was out. Another hour called said order was canceled. reordered and manager refused to give me same price. Buy local where the owner is minding the store. Will never shop franchises again. Pay more, better quality.
