Took the family there for lunch. This was our first time eating there.The food was absolutely delicious!! Our server was very friendly and it didn't take very long to be brought out to us. The Only reason I didn't give a 5 star is because my food was kinda cold. But other than that, everything was Amazing!!!
I can't call it, stopped through not long ago, ordered ahead for pick up, was told 25 minutes. Arrived, paid...and then was told it would be another 35 minutes. I waited around for what was the most lackluster meal. The most greasey hibachi I'd ever had, like the grill hadn't been cleaned all week. When this place first opened, I loved it. Somewhere between then and now the quality of food and service has dwindled.
The waiters/ waitresses did not wear gloves or mask and, one kept itching there nose and was touching people's food with no gloves!!! The cook kept pulling down his mask, and there was hair in my food long straight brown hair and, it cant be mines because mines is bright blue. Last time i checked u were supposed to wear a hair net, gloves, mask and, wash ur hands. Corporate will be notified ud83dude0aud83dude18
I can’t give it any stars I would. This use to be great service now it’s terrible. For two weeks in a row my order was wrong I order the ribeye medium rare and habacchi I get stripped steak. I order online it was wrong and over the phone and repeated it back still wrong. And the young white guy had no customer service skills at all. This place has gone down from when they first open. Terrible
There prices are high for the food to be low quality but in Bogalusa high expectations really don't matter. The comination says it comes with a salad but when you get to the window get your food there is no salad when you ask them they tell you that's only inside orders but the menu does not say that. This is not an authentic Japanese resturant there not Japanese that work here. They won't get me or my family's business until they make big changes.
