This Popeyes used to be good. USED TO BE. Waited about 30 minutes to put my order in with no clear rush doing anything. They had so many people upfront just standing around. They had full racks of food but nobody doing any filling for the orders. Ladies in there seem to have an attitude when it comes to people returning orders that they filled incorrectly. That man who took my order was very polite. What happened here?

This has to be the worst customer service of all Popeyes location. This is the second time I have tried to ordered all dark pieces for my son that has a food allergies. The first time it took 10 minutes to I explain to the staff that ever Popeyes I go to does it. This time I was told, it would take an hour before they would have all dark pieces were ready. I told them I would wait. The staff member told me I couldn't wait. I thought Popeyes had the same rules for every store. Place DO NOT do any business at this location

Their App is a joke. I had to use the App to place my order to be able to get the specials. I was sitting right in their parking lot. I was asked for my location, I put my city (same as theirs) state (same as theirs) and zip code. The App indicated that there wasn't a Popeyes location near me, the closest one 30 miles away in Covington. I tried a couple of times, receiving the same response. What a joke. Needless to say, I couldn't make my order to get the specials so I can't rate their food, just their App. I've liked Popeyes in the past so I would hope theirs would be the same.

I love popeyes but the employee was rude who was at the window and our order was all wrong... we went the night before got there 20 minutes before closing and noone would answer the intercom to take our order. The employees were all outside the drive thru window smoking cigarettes and laughing and carrying on and just gave us go to hell looks when we left...nWill i ever go back to popeyes? Yes most definitely but i dont think they need whole new crew of people working..
