This trailer park needs a lot of TLC. Many trailers need to be hauled out b/c of abandonment, and no up keeping in which many of them needs to be torn down. There are so many bumps in the pavement (well it's more like a dirt road) that are big enough to be craters. It was so hard on my car and the mud and water in them didn't help. The mobile homes are too close together in my opinion and the grass needs to be cut and maintained.
The owners are reasonable people just not some of the tenants or their associates. Somebody stole a vehicle in broad daylight out of my driveway. If you do move I would suggest the back of the trailer park. They do have decent people in bon amis.
This is a great place to live. Some of the nicest rental trailers I've found
Property manager is great she really cares about the people. Place is well maintained
Very peaceful and quiet. Feels like living in the country but close to town
