We just filed our taxes and that was a joke. H&R Block themselves are wonderful, but the preparer was about as charming as a flaming cactus. My boyfriend and I filed at the same time and she was so rude to him that I was ready to file a complaint. Then when we traded chairs, she wanted to be all buddy buddy. I don't know if it was sexism or that my job is more interesting, but I hope not to see her again.

A great place to come to do our taxes, the help their is fantastic in doing their job in helping with our taxes, and they really could and should get a raise for their work.

Kandy was wonderful . went quick answered all questions and had a good time actually doing taxes. She was very professional . I am in customer service and have been for 18 years . She is a natural people person. Taxes can be nerve racking but Kandy made it easy and I enjoyed my time with her!
