Sold me a car with me knowing it had a recondition title. Was told it only had to get a new bumper cover not so it also was put on the Frame straightener and tore a few things. And I cannot get it aligned. Also had to go back because he used wrong bill of sale and I had to drive back to him and get it fixed. Never said sorry. Or anything. Just bad attitude. Lesson learned. Yes he did say he would change the x frame. But that won’t help camber of ailgnment. He did say that he only damaged the bracket that only supports the floor board are not the sub frame. Hum. Not that the floor board is not important. Or is it?

Unprofessional, disorganized, and extremely unhelpful.nA simple request of seeing if my tire could be exchanged under its warranty turned into the owner being rude and lieing and giving me the run around and then hung up on me.nnI contacted the manufactures of the tire and they sent me right down the road to the next tire shop they pulled up that sold their brand of tires. A tire shop who didnt even sell me the set of brand new tires took me in and processed the warranty for a rep to check out the tire without demanding a receipt.nSo why couldnt Joe do that??? He told me he couldnt unless i had proof of purchase so his distributer, ATD could send a rep down to diagnose. However , when I called ATD myself they had no record on file of Auto Unlimited ever ordering my set of 4 tires (which were only a year old with less than 1000 miles on them) They keep 3 years of orders on file just as every good business does. I tried to explain this on the phone to Joe and also tried to explain to Joe the tire manufacturer would walk them through the process of the warranty if they simply just called them. He kept cutting me off and talking about a receipt. I asked why he had no records of ordering these tires and he could not answere me then proceeded to hang up. Its obvious he didnt know either, but all he had to do was help me and listen to the customer who was trying to help him.nnI have never left a bad review on any business until today.
