5 star hospitality!! This place has a very home like atmosphere, very cozy! Love the decor. The beignets are good and fresh. Only thing is that the place needs better parking!

Today we came into the coffee depot in Scott about 1:30p. Whelp...we did not have a good experience. We have been here a hand full of times and they have been great but today was not one of those days. With our waiter who only has us and 1 other table, he gives us the wrong drinks then forgets to put in our appetizer after we check about it 20 min later. He then proceeds to give me my bananas foster but never brings out my husband's food. After I started eating and about 15 min passed, we ask him about my husband's meal and he said he would go check. After almost being done with my meal and still waiting on my husband's food, my husband cancels his order and ask for the ticket. After about another 10 min of waiting for our bill, the waiter not only charges us for my husband's meal we NEVER recieved but has an attitude when we bring it up. He did not apologize but he still charged us for the terrible service and food. They need to check who they hire. I use to be a waitress and handling two tables is SUPER easy and simple apologies go a long way when you have customers.

The food is exceptional and the home town feelnIs just what we needed! The Boudin Biscuit is my favorite and I love the coffee mugs- just like going to Mawmaw’s house. Our grand baby loves playing on the train and it kept him occupied while we waited.

My husband and I have a breakfast date every Saturday morning at Coffee Depot. We like to get the beignet fingers and coffee au lait. Sometimes my husband likes the bacon, egg and cheese croissant. Service is great and food is good. This morning we saw they had put up their huge Christmas tree and several tables together to make a large rectangular table with their model train set up in the middle. Great atmosphere!
