Not impressed. I waited 15 minutes even though one worker wasn't busy because one one person could talk to me about new service. I left and found great service from one of their customer service members over the phone. Great sales person, caring and helpful.

I have been a loyal customer for over a year and it takes all that I have to pay my bill. I heard about an assist program and I am eligible but I can't get on it because I am all ready a customer. seems like they would want to satisfy their customers that been loyal to them but instead they rather lose one instead of helping a single mom on a fixed income. will be cancelling my serbmvice Monday!!!!!! ud83eudd2c

Tried again, 3rd time was the charm. They sent an excellent technician, Jeremy, who was professional, efficient, and EARLY!!! He went straight to work, installed the equipment, explained the process, and was knowledgeable about everything.

I work at a business that was attempting to port over a phone number to our new charter phone service. I have been trying for three months to get this done! Each time that an appointment is lined up, a technician NEVER shows up! I have been stood up 4 times! This is extremely frustrating because each time I call and speak to a customer service person, they assure me that it must've been a glitch and that they are so sorry. And we line up another appointment. Which of course is always weeks away as they book up very fast. I have even been in contact with a supervisor (Carlos) that assured me he would be looking into the matter of what is happening to my scheduled appointments and calling me back. That was 3 days ago. I have called him 4 times and left 3 messages that have all gone unresponded too! Talk about customer service! This company has no sense of urgency whatsoever. Very displeased with the whole situation and how it is currently being handled! I'm sure that if I was interested in adding or upgrading my service someone would have made it a priority to call me back! They are very good at doing that, but very bad at providing customer support after the sale!!!! Beware.

I was asked to be a part of a zoom video because of my great knowledge of wireless, internet and television service skills. I was the only person visible which seemed strange, but I proceeded with the interview. I was given all kinds of information on how nasty the customers are that return modems to the store. I was under the impression I would be hearing back from this company because they were impressed by my resume. I got a call back asking if I hadn’t given up on Spectrum and I said no. It’s been a week and still haven’t heard back. Don’t waste your time with this low budget company cause they aren’t professional and if your a customer they talk about your cleanliness.
