I just had the worst customer service ever experienced with any bank in this location. I physically deposited a check but they never had it posted to my account...not sure if it was mistake or fraud, no explanation whatsoever and finally deposit was not backdated as promised...ridiculous! Further calls to this location only got transferred to their call center...very unprofessional!
