I had to wait an hour just to open an account at the Opelousas La location. The people that work the line outside take their precious time about helping you. The lines are so long sometimes they are in the road causing a hazard. Once you do get on the parking lot. The lines are moving at a very slow rate. So you end up burning a whole tank of gas just waiting. They are not efficient at all.

The staff is very informative and helpful. They know their customers by name. VERY FRIENDLY ATTITUDE!!

Highly recommend. Not only do i deal with these folks as an independent dealership and send them customers frequently but i deal with them personally as well. They made my wife and I feel like family and went above and beyond (really I don't say this often) to make our purchase happen! Thanks to Brooke, Rachel and their amazing team we were able to make our dreams come true!
