After calling to let the staff know I left property in the rental the same day I returned it, my property was thrown away like trash. When arriving to pick it up 3 days later, I was told I had only 24 hours to pick ot up. A company policy that's not told to customers...is that true customer service??? The reason I was given was that they did not like having a lost and found at the end of the year... All I needed was a few days to get back to pick it up. Throwing away identified property really says a lot Hertz/Penske. ENTERPRISE RENTAL has never done that...guess I'll be using them next time.
