Everyone at our table of 4 had a memorable experience recently. Upon entry into the courtyard, the sense of a quaint French setting set the mood. This outdoor space will be a wonderful location to eat once it warms up. Entering the facility, we were seated in view of the kitchen.nThe smells were intoxicating, but even better, the food did not disappoint. To begin, the banquette was hot out the the oven. The vichyssoise was complex and refreshing. Our dinner companion had an appealing salad that she thoroughly enjoyed. As the main entrees, both the lamb and the duck were outstanding! A good bottle of Cote de Rhone, reasonably priced, complimented the meals. The staff all worked as a team ensuring very great service. This was my first time at the restaurant, but certainly not the last.

Cozy and tasteful ambiance both inside and out, and one of the best meals I've had in a while. One of my main frustrations with many local restaurants is that they can be hit or miss, and I was so relieved that that was not the case at Jane. Everything was perfect (or close to it) from start to finish - and I have no doubts that everything else on the menu would have been just as amazing as our meal. I've already told friends about it and am planning on going back soon. Definitely in my top faves in the city now! Just wonderful.

The food was perfectly prepared and delicious. The fish and mussels in the bouillabaisse were so fresh and tender. The broth was perfectly seasoned. All food is prepared upon order and we were able to watch the chef and team in action. The breads and dessert were fantastic as well. It’s as close to dining in Paris as one can get without leaving Lafayette!

Very limited food options. No cocktail menu. Undesirable wine menu. No Thanks. Moreover, you need to train your little host or Front of House Manager. He demanded that I demonstrate that my guest who I happen to have legal guardianship over, show the same surname on our driver’s license to order a bottle of wine. That is outrageous and tacky What an unprofessional response.nn(Replying to your comment)You will not make it in this town. I am not asking anyone to violate the law. The law allows a person under the age of 21 with their legal guardian to be served alcohol in their presence. You should actually get with an attorney before you question me. Furthermore, none of this bickering changes the fact that you have a terrible wine list with a 200-300% markup. Have a wonderful day.

The ambiance of the dining room and the flavor of the food was incredible! Hands down the best French cuisine. The presentation of the food, the attention to detail, and the graciousness of the staff was sensational. I will definitely be booking another dinner here with my wife. If you haven't tried this place I would highly recommend that you do.
