Great customer service. I didn't hear the knock on my door or notice the delivery guy call my cell. I screwed up and missed the delivery of my pizza. Both people I spoke too were very nice, respectful and quick to make it right even though the mistake was my fault. The fresh pizza that was made for me was delicious! I will definitely be ordering there again!
They employ only one delivery driver. This was confirmed after calling the location. After waiting for an hour and a half and the Pizza Hut app showing me a three hour deliver time we eventually had to cancel our order. I will never order from this location again.
I will NEVER order from Pizza Hut on Landry again. This is the 3rd time they take 2 or more hours to deliver. How hard is it to deliver 6piece chicken, pasta ( which is premise ) and sticks. When you call your call goes to customer service ( call center ) for new orders only and they transfer you to the store that has your order, for the 5th time I've been on hold for over 20 mins. I'm done with them. Update...delivery driver just showed up at 8:30 ( I ordered at 5:50 ) saying no his car didn't break down and doesn't know what I'm talking about ( the excuse I got when finally speaking to someone at the store. So now I'm stuck with food from two different places. Smh
