Love my new hair cut..thank you!!! Please correct me if I'm wrong but i believe his name is TJ that did a FANTASTIC job. Nicolette thanks for taking me as a walk in. I truly appreciate y'all kindness and AMAZING skills.

I had the worst experience with this place and the worst part about it is the experience won't end! I got my haircut here over a year ago with JORDAN BROOKS. She did a decent job. The only problem was she left a few strands longer than the others but I fixed that myself. I booked an appointment out afterwards and a few days before the appointment I had to cancel so I messaged her and she acted like she didn't know who I was even though I gave her all the info in the text message. After she actually looked on Booksy she figured out who I was and we set another appointment. Shoot to another month I messaged her a few days before my set appointment to confirm and she acted like she didn't know who I was again?! What is the point in using the Booksy app if you don't put your appointments in there or know when your appointments are scheduled??? It's baffling to say the least so I blocked her or so I thought. Every month now I get three or four spam text messages from the Booksy site from her telling me that she has open appointments. I've tried blocking her, the app, the phone number it's originating from. I'm telling you it's as bad as a Jehovah Witness! Do yourself a favor and find another place to book an appointment!

The beauty shop has been a very familiar place for me in the past couple of years. It is one of the few places that I can say feels like home. All of these ladies will go out of their way to make anyone that walks in feel at home. I have never been let down by any of these ladies! Especially Jordan and Nicolette who have been cutting my hair for a couple of years now! Come to the beauty shop!!!

Everyone at the Beauty Shop is so welcoming and nice. They always make sure you are comfortable and always give you nice warm welcome. I have been a client of Jordan Brook's for a couple of years now and I have NEVER been disappointed. I always leave feeling amazing and LOVE my hair. I always get compliments and it is thanks to these wonderful ladies. I would not recommend another salon.

The Beauty Shop has been my hair care home for about 4 years now! The atmosphere is so chill, welcoming, and you never feel like a stranger. The stylists are amazing artists and are great at what they do. Nicolette has never let me down and I trust her completely with my hair! I even met my husband there! :)
