CVS needs to shut down immediately!!!! Especially the Pharmacy Dept. THEY ARE SO RUDE !!!!

I took a Covid test on July 8, 2020 and Today is the 21st still no test results! What's the point of being tested with no results! I have passed 14 days quarantine and/or being isolated 10 days from day of first Covid symtoms! I need my test results to get payed for being out of work! You may as well not waste people time and just not offer testud83eudd37‍♀ufe0f

Store manager was not cooperative when I needed to return a hand sanitizer that was recalled. I ask to exchange for a US made sanitizer and he stated he could not.I bought the sanitizer 2 days ago. only used one time.nmade in China

Nothing is stocked, boxes all over the isles at 6-7 PM on a weekday. Pharmacy closes at 5 on weekdays. AVOID AT ALL COSTS

They suck. I don’t understand how a person could even receive a license and know NOTHING. I am extremely dissatisfied. The customer service sucks. People want to go where they feel need be. Did I mention how much better Walgreens and Walmart is? Gain better knowledge before you work somewhere and be more courteous.
