I have shopped Charisma for at least 6 years! We have bought homecoming and prom dresses from them and have always left beyond satisfied. The staff was always sweet, attentive, helpful, and knowledgeable about their inventory! We tried other places and always ended up back at Charisma! I would recommend Charisma to anyone looking for a formal for any event! They are the best!

Charisma has such a large selection of prom dresses and wedding dresses! I bought all my daughters formal gowns from them and also her wedding gown! I even found a beautiful mother of the bride dress there! I can’t say enough good things about their staff and amazing selection! I shopped at charisma for four years! I have bought 3 pageant dresses and 2 prom dresses from them! The experience is AMAZING! I’ve never been to another store with the formal dress selection that they have! And the staff is so helpful! I love the way they try to figure out what you like and actually pull dresses for you!
