Initials LLC Monogramming & Gifts

I ordered 2 shirts from here and brought mine on a hanger as an example/guide of what exactly I wanted. The letters on the shirt were much smaller than the ones I asked for and the color of the shirt was completely off. When I told them it was not what I asked for, they did not give me a response. I had to call back the next day for them to tell me there was nothing they could do for me and if I wanted to fix it, that I had to pay for a brand new shirt full price. Definitely will not be going back. Too overpriced, use Bayou Greeks instead!!!!!!!

Just received THE CUTEST earrings from Initials and got compliments the entire day I wore them! The rose gold druzy tassel earrings might be the cutest ones in my collection!
