Purchased my vehicle Jan.25 2019 the heat was blowing cold air so they offered to pay for it to get fixed. Ten days later , before having a chance to fix the heat...the alternator went out. I was lied to and told i couldn’t use my warranty until 30 days after purchase. I was rushed to bring my vehicle to be serviced by their mechanic who then took over a month to finish the work that he told me would be finished in 2 days *paid my first months carnote/insurance after only driving my car for a week* since it’s been fixed the air/heat is having problems again & the driveshaft fell down while i was driving. Recently bought vehicle to get diagnosed and was told plain & simple DO NOT put anymore $ into the vehicle it’s a money pit that honestly should have never left the lot !

In my opinion the best dealership ever. I had went to Everybody Rides today they didn't even invite my husband and I in to see what they could do to help. We went a block over to Supreme Auto and told the lady the same situation, she told us to take a seat. We told her what we wanted and she went right to work to find us the best deal. She was so friendly and professional. She knew how important it was for me to get a car, and she made it her mission to have us leave in what we wanted. I WOULD DEFINITELY RECOMMEND SUPREME AUTO TO ANYONE. Big thanks to Liza for doing everything she could to make sure we left in a vehicle, happy, and very satisfied with our experience.

Do not do business with these people. They will smile and pretend to be good as gold to get you into a vehicle and take your money. The second you give them your down-payment and sign that contract everything changes. Liz, the lady runs it an I assume is the owner, is hateful as sin. She will threaten you, bully you and use every trick in the book to intimidate you. And the second you disagree with her she will have your vehicle picked up, then charge you and arm and a leg to get it back. I was recently late (by 4 days), out of town working in California. I went to dinner and came out of the restaurant to find my truck gone, she had it picked up. Prior to that I offered to make the payment several times and she refused to accept it saying she no longer accepted payments over the phone. She refused to allow me to get my belongings out of the truck including my blood pressure medication that I needed. I begged an pleaded with her, she simply could care less. This woman has absolutely no compassion, no remorse and no sense of decency. She then proceeded to tell me she was going to keep the truck, sell it at auction then sue me for the remaining balance on a truck I no longer have. On top of keeping everything in the truck. So I give you all a fair warning, stay away. You make a deal with this woman your literally making a deal with the devil so make sure it's a vehicle you can't live without, because she will screw you every way she can to make an extra buck

Best preowned car dealership you will ever deal with... great assistance... very friendly people... Liza is the absolute best... she even made my 2 year comfortable by putting on cartoons and etc... I recommend everyone to use this dealership!!! Thank You so muchnud83dude97❤
