This is my first purchase with Courtesy. I am super impressed and was thoroughly pleased with the high quality of the service on Saturday. I love the fact that, I can make an appointment and come on my time. The service was quick and correctly done the first time. My previous experiences with another vehicle company were horrific. I was very skeptical of the service I would receive after purchasing the vehicle but I was not let down and pleasantly surprised by the exceptional quality of the service.

I drive from my city to Courtesy every time I need service. They are quick, have a great lobby and are so informative. I don’t ever have to worry about leaving and not having all my cars needs met. I love Courtesy!!!

I brought my canyon in to check why my check engine light came on. They quickly found the problem and replaced it. After I drove off the lot with my “fixed” truck I got to my destination and turned my vehicle off. I went to start it again and it didn’t start! I called the dealership, they towed it to the shop. They jump started it and said it was a battery issue and that I needed to take it to the store that I had purchased my battery from. It was just about a year old, not old enough to be giving me issues!! I went to the store I bought it from and when the associate looked at my battery he immediately saw the issue!!! The battery was NOT connected properly!!!! So your service department was the ones that caused the issue with the battery and it was NOT my battery that needed to be changed. They should have noticed that the battery connector wasn’t tightened after they did the initial service when the truck first came in. They immediately tried to blame the NON GMC battery when they saw I purchased a battery from somewhere else!!! It was a big inconvenience to have to drive all the way to the other side of town to be told that it was indeed an issue that your shop caused.
