The staff was great!!! My visit started with an extremely informative showing of all the options available. Initially, I had not planned on purchasing a car, but left with a new vehicle that my wife and I felt great about. The employees made me feel comfortable and gave me the best information for me to make a informed decision. I was not pressured or felt as if I had to choose a car that day or even with them and this went along way in my comfortableness to make a educated purchase based upon the data and facts alone.

This was not my first purchase with Service Cadillac and they of course did not disappoint. The top-notch service they offer is untouchable. They completely catered to us on every level. At first, we were going to have a car delivered and they did everything possible to make that happen before we fell in love with the one on the showroom floor. Taylor, our sales person was very knowledgeable about the car and gave us great detail about the features each car had to offer. In the end they allowed us to test drive the one on the showroom floor which of course made us feel very special. Kevin, the sales manager did an amazing job making the numbers work for us and answering any and all questions we had. Teddy, the finance manager made the signing process easy and smooth. In the end we are very happy with our purchase and I am sure we will be back in the future. Both Taylor and Kevin checked in with us the day after our purchase to ensure we were happy with everything and we were enjoying the car. Thanks to Service Cadillac for another amazing experience!

Rob Mayeux was my salesmen at Service Chevrolet. I drove from Florida to Service Chevrolet because of the professionalism that Rob displayed on the phone. From the moment we started this deal I was treated with respect and professionalism. I purchase a new truck every 1.5 years and this by far was the easiest truck buying experience that I have been involved with so far. Teddy in finance made the paperwork process seem like no process at all. He gave me what I needed to get for my truck and got the note BETTER then I thought it was going to be.

I could not be more pleased and satisfied with my experience at Service Chevrolet. My sales person, Lisa Bianchini, was able to locate the exact truck that I had been looking for. She was very helpful in answering all of my questions and made the entire buying experience pleasant and professional. I never felt pressured in any way like some dealers do. I would highly recommend both Lisa and Service Chevrolet to anyone looking for a new vehicle.
