Matthew was extremely helpful! He went over and beyond trying to get my issue resolved with my car. I really appreciated him brainstorming with me and even taking the time most people are at lunch, to look at my electrical display in my car.
Without an appointment the wait is long BUT the customer service makes up for the long wait.nThis was my first time visit and was extremely impressed with the front desk as they kept me up to date and tried to help me. I had my 91 year old mother with me and had an emergency that brought me in. I cannot thank the two women at the desk enough for assisting me and keeping me updated on the progress of the service I was receiving. I felt they went above and more to make sure I was assured and at ease. THANK you!!
Truly great customer service! Drove from Houston to get the vehicle and when we got there the vehicle was ready. Our salesman, Fulton Hicks, was super thorough in explaining things and ensured we didn’t have any questions before driving off. Since then he’s followed up to see if we had any questions now that we’ve had it a few days. Everyone was super sweet and helpful, worth the drive for the exceptional customer service everyone provided!
My husband and I were extremely pleased with the recent purchase of our 2021 CR-V EXLnBrett was an awesome salesman at locating EXACTLY what I wanted. We would definitely recommend this place if you’re in the market for a new vehicle. Community Honda is #1!!!
