Moss Motors always takes great customer care whether it’s a service call or new purchase. Robert & Michelle worked very diligently on my lease renewal. With inventory low and Covid complications I had to wait for a part to come in. In the meantime they still did my trade in December when it expired and provided and delivered me with a Dealer vehicle until my new car was ready. This was most appreciative since I was affected by 2 hurricanes in Lake Charles ....they went above and beyond for me!

Moss Motors was great in accommodating me when I had a recent flat tire. As soon as I noticed the flat tire, the service department instructed me to come in immediately. My car was ready in less than two hours. Fortunately, I have a wheel and tire warranty, which covered the repair completely. I fully recommend obtaining a wheel and tire warranty on any car with low profile tires. Thank you Moss Motors for being a bright spot in a dim 2020 year!
I have bought several cars from Moss BMW. Once I purchased a car at Moss BMW, I could not even think about going to another dealership. Amazing selection of high-quality cars, no pressure sales and incredible customer service. Chad Trotti is a very knowledgable sales professional. The Service Department has always provided excellent service. I just can’t say enough positive things about my experience with Moss. One positive purchase experience may be a fluke, but every time I purchase a car, I get a great customer experience. I don’t know how you do it, but keep up the good work Moss BMW.
