He is a reasonable man very understanding. But just like anyone else he has good days and bad days. He’s willing to negotiate on prices. I find that as long as your honest with him there shouldn’t be any problems. My wife and I purchased a car from him about a year and a half ago car has been running fine. I would definitely recommend Mr. Bruce to anyone looking to purchase a used car that has a 1500 to 2000 dollar down payment. You tell him what you can afford monthly and he will make it happen.
