I bought a truck today from Frank and Sandra with Lafayette Autoplex on Johnston St. From the moment I walked onto the lot until the time that I left was the most pleasant experience in car buying ever.nSandra gave me the keys to two different pickup trucks and let me test drive both of them. Never once did I feel any pressure to buy from them. Sandra answered all of my questions that I asked and her input was very helping in purchasing the Toyota.nFrank has the truck cleaned, filled it with gasoline and has the proper inspection sticker on the windshield.nFrank also was very helpful in answering questions once the purchase was completed. He was very pleasant and patient. The lot was very clean as were all of the automobiles. The office was super clean, neat and everything was in order. They explained the paperwork to me before I signed anything and we went over every detail. This is my first purchase with Lafayette Autoplex and it won’t be the last. I suggest to you that if you are looking for a super clean vehicle that you visit Frank and Sandra, I promise that you will not be disappointed.

Easy to buy from dealer that goes the extra mile. Vehicle was exactly as described and owner was upfront about anything wrong with the used vehicle without me having to ask. Purchased a Nissan Armada with no hassle and little paper work.nnWhen I came to pick up the vehicle today in my excitement I left my car running with the keys LOCKED inside. I was calling pop a lock when the owner came out and noticed i had a small crack in the window that he was able to use his own wrench extension to shimmy on the inside and press the unlock button after several tries. Talk about extra service thst he didn’t have to do. Just good people. Check them out.

Very nice and personable folks. Bought a 2007 GMC Sierra in great condition. Everything was clean and so far, everything works like they promised. Great prices and easy going people. I would recommend them to anyone buying a used car.

I would very highly recommend them if you're looking for a good used car. They take trade ins and my son bought a 2008 Chevy Equinox for $6,000 that's in pristine condition. Mr Frank and Ms Sandra went above and beyond to help us because we had no idea what we were doing! I hope they read this and know we're grateful for the help. Go there! You won't be dissapointed!
