Night manager at this McDonald's on 11/24/2020 was incredibly sweet and caring. Very personable. I have yet to see such grace here in lafayette. She really surprised me.
I just love this McDonalds and its location , by , The University of Louisiana - Lafayette. They are so courteous , polite , and , fast - friendly service. I work at a fast food competitor, in management , and , McDonalds has all other fast food competitors beat both feet and hands down . It makes me want to go to work for McDonalds . I highly recommended visiting this location for any one who wants a bright warm smile and a fast in and out experience . Keep Up The Great Work McD .

The employees here smile with there eyes, because of the masks they must wear. Much better costumer service than the burger joint next door that can't get a single order right, ever.
Staff very friendly always smiling greet you fast service always hit food. Cannot wait til I can go in and sit down to eat inside again
