The place is great! Lots of fun games to play; I wish I was small enough to do the zip line, trampoline basketball, and general play areas! But that’s not to say they don’t have things for adults - they do! The simulator is a BIT pricey (lol) but I paid it and played. The staff seems exhausted and spent most of the time. Generally uninterested. Nice people but they’re all multitasking. They may work long hours - I don’t know. Maybe some better training could work. A more bubbly attitude could go a long way in ensuring a good experience for what is supposed to be fun and enjoyable. Waited over an hour for 2 pizzas - had to get them to go instead. Waitress was friendly about it though - man, was she running around - They were extremely busy!nn3 stars for a FUN place.

Hands down Surge Entertainment is fantastic!! My family tried Surge today for the first time and we all was extremely impressed. Staff was very nice and helpful. Food was delicious! To all the owners, management, and staff y’all keep up the great work. Although this may be a great place to enjoy some time with friends. This place is NOT kid friendly!! & when I say kid I mean like 10 & under. We went with children 8 and under.nThis place was literally crawling with kids who ran around and knocked the kids over multiple times. Yes I get that it may not be suitable for all ages but it was a mad house in the place. I would say this place is more suitable for teens and parents who want to socialize with family friends in the bowling/bar/restaurant area. Even the one small place for kids 48inches and under was full of big kids. They did not manage the area very well.

Loved the facility itself but was not impressed with the staff. No one greets you as come in. First time here it would have been nice for someone to be there to explain how it all worked. There was no one at the different areas, no matter what we did we had to wait and go look for someone to help us. We were waiting at the bowling counter and two staff people walked by and the one literally said she was off the clock. Doesn't make a good impression. None of the staff gave the impression they cared to help anyone.

3/6/21-realtimenStaff was not as attentive as they should've been. Multitasking with other customers instead of completing transactions with one customer at a time. There was no one at the door to greet customers. As a first time patron, I was disappointed.nnStaff (desk, bar, wait staff) was not wearing masks and did not encourage anyone else to wear them either. As a Nurse, again I was disappointed.nnNo one greeted us in the cafe/restaurant area. We waited a few minutes and had to go to the bar to ask if we could be seated. We were a party of 7 and were told WE could move another table to accommodate. After moving the table ourselves, we waited at least 15 minutes before I had to go back to the bar to request a server. It was another 15 minutes before we were able to get a server. Again, disappointed.nnKids got ready to get on trampoline at the allotted (paid)time and were told they couldn't jump. Had to speak to a manager in order to get what I paid for. Again, disappointed.nnI was thoroughly dissatisfied with the events of the day. I will not return on my expense!
