In a matter of 3 years, the price for our taxes tripled. They sure know how to find billable hours. Also, they never responded in a timely matter for anything. Always had an excuse to make us file an extension as well. Would not recommend unless you want hound these people on a daily basis—by going over there because God forbid they respond to an email or phone call— to make sure they’re taking care of what needs to be done. Super disappointed.
