Twisted Couture

My family and some friends were in Leavenworth in October and were able to visit A Little Twisted. It was a very nice shop and the person working there was very friendly and helpful. We ended up purchasing two sweaters and a very cute pair of pants for my daughter.nnWe were unable to visit Twisted Couture because of time but wished that we had been able to go in as well. I decided that I was going to buy my friend something from there as a souvenir. I ended up on a shirt and purchased it. I was waiting for the shipping confirmation and after about a week I emailed the shop just to see if anything was happening. A woman, I didn't actually catch her name unfortunately, sent me a text message to inform me that due to COVID she wouldn't be able to get that shirt.nnShe then sent me videos of other options that she had in the store that were very similar to the one that I had purchased. We went back and forth about style and sizing and finally landed on a very good replacement that she will send immediately.nnShe absolutely went above and beyond and gave me amazing customer service. We live in the Seattle area so unfortunately we had to do this all virtually as we weren't going to be coming back to the area for quite a while. I would 100 percent recommend the store, the service, and would definitely purchase items from her again. We love the sweaters that we got from A Little Twisted and I know my friend will love the shirt that I picked today.nnShe could have simply sent me a refund but what I really wanted was a shirt with a tag that said Twisted Couture on it for my friend and for the memories of our time in Leavenworth. She was so patient while I waffled over different options and I wish I could do more than just give them a glowing review. I will definitely be giving them my business in the future.nnEspecially right now, they deserve our dollars. Small businesses are struggling, and this one is a fabulous option.

Shopping at Twisted and Little Twisted Couture is always such a delight. The girls there are super helpful and fun to talk to and they're always willing to go the extra mile to make your shopping experience a great one. Can't drop by the store?? NO PROBLEM!! Just hit them up, they'll text, video-chat, Facetime, send you pics, no matter how you WANT or CHOOSE to shop, they'll be there with a broad smile on their face ready to help you out!

Such a fun store! We went to all three of their stores and found something for everyone. I do want to highlight that the customer service in each store was absolutely amazing! Great products too!

My daughter and I stopped by today on a wim. I'm so glad we did. What a cute shop! We will definitely be going back!

I had a wonderful experience in this store shopping for some new items! This boutique has the cutest clothes and had so many options! The adorable employee helped get me a fitting room quickly and kept bringing me cute new things to try on! Super successful shopping day supporting local!
