I was lucky enough to get Mrs. Alysha at the Watson Walmart location. She made doing my taxes a wonderful experience. She answered all of my questions and went above and me beyond to help me. She even asked her manager about getting me a discount for being a first time Jackson Hewitt client and saved me some money. I will 100% be back.

I didn't file yet just stopped to ask a question and Elizabeth was so super sweet and patient. She answered all my questions. I'm not required to file but she helped me understand why filing an information return may be a good idea in this identity theft era. Very nice!
